Commercial exterior projects require a professional team with experience and a proven track record. Your commercial project is an investment, often a sizable one, and we work to provide you with the best overall value. Common challenges we encounter on commercial painting projects include keeping a storefront open while painting, managing multiple tenants/owners in one building or complex, controlling/restricting vehicle traffic, short timeframes for project completion, environmental concerns for surrounding habitat (river front, bridges), height challenges, safety precautions, lead paint, and many other sight specific variables.
Before submitting a proposal for your commercial painting project, we’ll first work with you to understand your long-term goals for your property so we can tailor our proposals and maintenance plans to fit your needs. Our detailed bids will break down our entire process from prep work to clean up. There will be no questions as to what will be performed and how we plan to go about it. We find the more transparent we are with the details, the smoother everything goes. If you receive a bid that doesn’t expressly lay out the prep process, numbers of coats, type of paint, or any other details- BEWARE. This is when corners have the opportunity to be cut and you end up with a paint job that looks fine now, but ages quickly and severely.
Projects large or small- we’ve got you covered! We promise to show up on time everyday, to maintain a neat and clean jobsite, to provide a total commitment to all the details, to stand behind our work, and we pledge an assurance of high quality.
