Inviting us into your property is an act of trust that we don’t take lightly.  For security reasons and your peace of mind, we require all of our staff to pass criminal background checks.  Our hiring criterion requires a clean record free of felony convictions or any crimes of dishonesty.  It’s good for you and it’s the only way to run a service business that requires your trust.
