Webfoot’s Home Preservation Service (HPS) is a one-stop shop for all your exterior home and business needs. What We Offer
Stain Maintenance
In Central Oregon we experience intense sun exposure that wears on stained decks, fences, and cedar shingles. We can educate you on how often these surfaces need to be stained, and then setup you up with a scheduled stain maintenance program where we keep your shingles, garage doors, deck, or fence looking healthy and beautiful. There are products out there that work well and are easy to maintain. Others can cause you headaches and costly refinishing. We have the knowledge and expertise to troubleshoot technical staining projects, make recommendations for future maintenance, and put your home on the right path.
Gutter Cleaning
Unlike the Willamette Valley, we don’t just get a single period of leaves falling. On top of annual leaves falling, we get a year round fall of pine needles, juniper berries, and other debris. This means home owners have to clean gutters three, sometimes four times a year! With Webfoot HPS we’ll identify your needs and make recommendations based on your surrounding environment. We use professional techniques to remove debris from the gutter system and roof, then flush all downspouts to ensure that the system functions properly.
Window Cleaning
Whether you are running a business or simply take pride in your home’s appearance, clean windows are important. Stained and dirty windows can give an unfavorable impression. Webfoot HPS can schedule routine window cleaning, or when you need it done you can call us and we’ll come out there in a timely manner. We have a five step process that will leave all your windows streak-free. Plus we use lint-free surgical towels to buff the windows to shine.
Pressure Washing
Nothing is more important to your paint’s longevity than keeping it clean. Dirt, plant spores, and tiny insects like to work themselves into your newly painted surfaces causing them to fail more quickly. We’re not suggesting that every time it rains, you run out there with a rag and spray bottle, but pressure washing of your home or business annually (or bi-annually depending on your needs) will greatly reduce your need for repainting. Our pressure washing methods rejuvenate surfaces from unsightly mold, mildew, pollution, and other dirt stains. We also clean roofs, gutters, brick, stucco, decking, driveways, pools, patios, terraces, and rockery.
Paint Maintenance
We understand that things happen. So when the landscaper or gardener whacks the house with a shovel, or your son/daughter plays ball against the garage, we can come out for touch ups as often as you like.
