Hotel Painting
Painting your hotel or motel is a big investment that requires a painting contractor with more than just painting know-how. We’ve had great success working for small hotels and major chains by working closely with management, the maintenance staff, and front desk staff to make a plan and work that plan to complete the painting with no interruption of service to guests.
We have been able to paint a large hotel operating at capacity without a single guest experiencing anything more than a masked window for 2-3 hours. With a good plan we kept the pool open during its regular hours, kept the front entry open the entire time, kept the air conditioning units running without any paint spray entry into the duct system, and controlled parking and foot traffic as needed. We even had to paint a wing of the hotel that was occupied by a crew that worked the night shift which left us a window of 3-4 hours a day to complete that section. You don’t want to hire a contractor that doesn’t know how to handle the challenges of painting your occupied hotel.
We work closely with your staff to work around concerns. We make a plan, we discuss it with the staff, we can provide “one pagers” notices for the guest’s doors, and we work that plan keeping your staff informed and involved. So much of painting hotels and motels is about the planning and great communication. For more information on what we offer for Hotel and Motel Painting please see…
